The Landmarks Birding Walks have profiled themselves as a leisurely outdoor activity. The walks on the 1st Saturday of the month attracted 124 regular attendees who observed and identified wild birds in their natural habitat. With Christopher (Birdman) Joe as your guide, can you think of a better way to start your Saturday? The next upcoming bird walk is planned for Saturday, April 4th, 2026. Most birding visitors don't consider themselves birders. Often, a passive observation turns into an active pursuit: learning their names, downloading the Merlin identification app, and starting to recognize different songs. For many, a simple walk over the museum grounds rapidly becomes a treasure hunt. Finding yourself slowing down, no longer just walking, but looking and listening, discovering that the city you thought you knew is full of vibrant, winged friends.

Bird Walk, Saturday, July 5th, 2025

On this gorgeous Saturday morning of July 5th, even the birds were pleased to see Christopher (birdman) Joe, Connecting with Birds and Nature LLC. It had been a noisy night with all the fireworks, but they were there to show off their new families, and feed our birding experience.
